Job summary

Stoneacre Motor Group is recruiting a HGV Driver to ensure the safe, timely delivery of customer vehicles to locations across the country and to move company cars between Stoneacre sites. You will maintain high driving standards and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• A valid full driving license is required.
• Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Good interpersonal skills to represent the brand on site.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer vehicles across the country.
• Transfer company vehicles between Stoneacre sites across the UK.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and drive safely.

An average day as a HGV Driver

• Collecting and delivering customers new cars all over the country
• Transferring company vehicles to various Stoneacre sites across the UK
• You will follow all health and safety rules and regulations in addition to making a commitment to driving safely and responsibly.

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Flexible and 'can do' attitude.
• You will be able to take responsibility for your own work to the highest standard and work on your own initiative.
• You will be hard working, reliable and trustworthy.
• Good interpersonal skills, representing the company brand image at all times to customers on site.
• Full driving license required (This is a 3.5T vehicle so no extra licenses needed).
• Able to use computer/ tablet systems (Training will be given).
• Must be over the age of 23 years old (due to insurance stipulations)
