We are seeking permanent Class 1 Drivers to join our Transport team based at our Luton Hub. A typical day involves 1 drop and around 3 collections, all of which is exceptionally clean work with very little handballing. The contracted hours are 40 hours per week, with additional hours possibly available. Shift times vary between 05:00 and 20:00, with Saturday runs between 05:00 and 15:00. Some weekend work on a rota basis is required. Candidates must be flexible to work outside normal hours when needed.

Our Drivers are the face of the Company, playing an integral role in delivering excellent service daily. We seek professional, self-motivated individuals capable of working effectively both independently and within a team, complying with Working Time Directive, Drivers' hours, and regulations.
Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will ensure compliance with all EU and DVSA regulations, Health & Safety procedures, and that the vehicle remains in a safe and serviceable condition.
All duties support our certifications for FORS and 39001 RTS. Full training will be provided during induction, with ongoing training to support your career development.
You must have demonstrable experience as a C+E Driver, with knowledge of Road Transport Legislation. You should understand our Health & Safety procedures, be diligent, and attentive to detail. A calm temperament and a driven attitude are essential. Knowledge of the mailing industry and downstream access market is advantageous.
