Job description

We are currently looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver for our client based in London, who specialise in Fine Art moving.

As the HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for the delivery and pick up of fine art goods throughout the UK.

Main duties of the HGV Class 1 Driver:

• Moving and handling - physical lifting/handling, loading & unloading
• Liaising with office staff to ensure smooth transit of objects
• Ad hoc duties as required by management

The successful HGV Class 1 Driver will have experience within either the fine art sector or transferable experience of international shipping/packing/installation/storage working as an HGV 1 driver.

We are keen to speak with candidates who hold a full HGV Class 2 or Class 1 licence, have a valid Drivers CPC and ideally, experience driving a category C+E vehicle.
