Qualifications

• 1+ years of Class 1 Driving experience desired.
• Experience in transport of waste and use of walking floor trailers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Driving to planned collection locations and loading recycling and domestic waste into the vehicle.
• Complete daily checks of the vehicle and use onboard technology for work notes.
• Ensure the work environment is safe and clean.

Salary: £49,633.99, plus Veolia benefits.

Day shift - 6:45 am - 4:45 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch. Monday to Friday, and then working every other Saturday 6:45 am to 4:45 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

What you'll be doing;

• Driving to planned collection locations and loading recycling and domestic waste into the vehicle.
  
• Complete daily checks of the vehicle and use the onboard technology to complete work notes.
  
• Comply with all traffic laws and legislation and ensure their work environment is safe and clean at all times.
  

What we're looking for;

• Class 1 Driving Licence
  
• 1+ years of Class 1 Driving experience (desired)
  
• An up-to-date CPC / DIGI card.
  
• Local geographical knowledge is highly desirable, including experience of driving in the area.
  
• Experience in transport of waste and use of walking floor trailers is desirable.
