Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Class 1 (LGV C+E) Night Driver for a Leeds (LS10) client. The role offers night shifts from 19:00 Monday to Friday, 40–45 hours per week, with ongoing, stable work in 2026.

Trunking between depots, safe handling of goods, and reliability are essential. Required: Class 1 licence (6 months+), CPC, Digital Tachograph card, and a licence with up to 6 points. Pay is £17.00 per hour with benefits including paid holiday and pension.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (LGV C+E) licence held for at least 6 months.
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card in-date.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence (no major endorsements).
• Reliable, professional attitude and good timekeeping.

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Class 1 (LGV C+E) Night Driver to join one of our friendly and well-established clients based in Leeds (LS10).

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable driver looking for consistent night work with a respected logistics operation.

The Role:

• Trunking runs between depots
• Collecting and moving goods safely and efficiently
• No handballing - primarily straight-forward depot-to-depot work
• Night shifts, Monday to Friday
• Start time: 19:00 (flexibility required for finish times)

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Class 1 (LGV C+E) licence (held for at least 6 months)
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card (in-date)
• Maximum of 6 points on licence (no major endorsements)
