Job summary

Pertemps Worcester is seeking a Night HGV Class 1 driver in Kidderminster. You will perform trunking between hubs, collections and deliveries from depots, and trailer swaps with minimal handball.

Shifts start 17:30–22:00, with Monday to Friday, weekends, and ad-hoc shifts available. Full-time or part-time hours offered, and DBS checks are covered by the agency.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC & Digi Tacho card.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Professional, reliable attitude and excellent communication.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check (Pertemps will cover cost).

Responsibilities

• Trunking between distribution hubs and RDC work.
• Collections and deliveries from depots and suppliers.
• Trailer swaps between sites and RDC tasks.
• Minimal handball required.

We are currently recruiting Night Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for a role with a longstanding client in Kidderminster.

Role Includes:

• Trunking between distribution hubs
• Collections and deliveries from depots and suppliers
• Trailer swaps and RDC work
• Minimal handball

Shift Patterns:

• Night shifts: start between 17:30 - 22:00
• Monday to Friday, weekends, and ad-hoc shifts available
• Full-time or part-time hours to suit your schedule

Pay Rates (PAYE):

• Nights: £18.25 per hour
• Weekends/Bank Holidays: Up to £25.62 per hour

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC & Digi Tacho card
• Minimum 2 years experience
• A professional, reliable attitude and excellent communication
• No more than 6 points on your licence (minor endorsements only)
• Must be able to pass a DBS check (Pertemps will cover cost)
