Job description

Pertemps North Midlands seeks a Class 1 HGV Driver for a prominent high‑street brand in Castle Donington.

This full‑time role offers temporary or permanent contracts with weekly pay and flexible shift options covering days, afternoons, or nights, plus various start windows.

Duties involve trunking between company sites and RDCs, including trailer swaps and drops.

Pay starts at £19.51 per hour, rising to £29.26 for overtime after 43.75 hours, with a night premium of £21.82 between 2000 and 0400.

Class 1 HGV Driver Pertemps are recruiting Class 1 Drivers to work for our client in Castle Donington. Supporting a well known high street brand Pertemps are able to offer Class 1 Drivers regular ongoing work with strong pay rates.

Shift Patterns / Working Hours

• Days, Afternoon, Night Shifts Available
• A variety of start windows available

Responsibilities

• Trunking between company sites and RDC's

Requirements

• Have a valid Class 1 license for a minimum of 6 months
• Have a valid tacho and DQC card
• Have a positive can do attitude

You will receive

• STD - £19.51 per hour
• Overtime after 43.75 hours - £29.26 per hour
• Nights 2000 to 0400 - £21.82 per hour
