HGV Class 1 Driver - Hoddesdon

We are currently recruiting for full time HGV Class 1 drivers forpermanentroles in our depot inHoddesdon. The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores, From 8 to 15 drops per day with Tail lift and cages.

Must have experience and Class 1 licensea minimum of 1 year.
Immediate starts for successful Candidates.

Shifts available:

• 5on 2off (5 over 7, but one shift must include a weekend day)
• Early morning and afternoon start available

Day pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £15.87 (overtime after 47.5hrs £17.85)
• Saturday £17.85
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £23.80

Nights pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £18.13 (overtime after 47.5hrs £20.39)
• Saturday £20.39
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £27.19

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

What we are looking for:

• In date DIGI and CPC card.
• 2 years class 1 experience.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Motivated and open to learn new skills.
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.

Your role:

• Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicles checks.
• Refuelling vehicles.
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
