Class 1 Driver - Droitwich

We are currently recruiting for experiencedHGV Class 1driverson anTemporary On-Goingbasis to meet the needs of the business at our busyDroitwichdepot.The role consists of refrigerated multi drop deliveries to shops and stores, From 5 to 12 drops per day. The role involves cage deliveries of milk and some locations you are required to use a tail-lift to push and pull products being delivered.

Immediate starts after successful assessment and Induction.

Temporary On-Going Role, Potential Permanent positions for the successful candidates.

• Start Times between 2100 - 0200
• Must be able to work at least one day over the weekend or both days.

Day pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £15.87 (overtime after 47.5hrs £17.85)
• Saturday £17.85
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £23.80

Nights pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £18.13 (overtime after 47.5hrs £20.39)
• Saturday £20.39
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £27.19

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Driving with-in the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicles checks.
• Refueling vehicles.
• Multi drop deliveries.
• Inter-depot and RDC deliveries.
• Manual Handling trolleys
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• At least 6 Months of Class one driving experience required.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• UK Driving Licence with a Cat C+E entitlement.
• Digi & CPC Card No more than 6 points for minor offences.
