This is a tramping role, meaning you will be staying out in the truck overnight for several nights per week (usually 4-5 nights out).. . Key Responsibilities:. Safely operate an HGV Class 1 (artic) vehicle across UK routes. . Carry out pre-use checks and ensure vehicle is roadworthy. . Secure loads properly and comply with load safety regulations. . Deliver and collect goods on time and in good condition. . Complete delivery paperwork and digital logs accurately. . Follow UK driving laws, working time directives, and tachograph regulations. . Maintain a clean and professional vehicle. . Communicate effectively with the transport office and customers. . . Requirements:. Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence. . Valid CPC qualification and digital tachograph card. . Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience preferred. . Previous tramping experience is an advantage. .
