We are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 drivers on an Ad-Hoc basis to meet the needs of the business at our busy Droitwich depot. The role consists of refrigerated multi-drop deliveries to shops and stores, with 8 to 15 drops per day. The role involves cage deliveries of milk, and some locations require using a tail-lift to push and pull products being delivered.

Immediate starts after successful assessment and induction.

TEMPORARY On-Going Role!

• Night and early morning start times.
• Predominantly working weekends and holiday cover.

Day pay rates:

• Sunday and Bank Holidays £23.80
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £27.19

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Driving within the WTD and EU regulations and rules.
• Completing vehicle checks.
• Inter-depot and RDC deliveries.
• Manual handling of trolleys.
• The driver must ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained and that orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

Qualifications and experience required:

• At least 6 months of Class 1 driving experience.
• UK Driving Licence with Cat C+E entitlement.
• Digi & CPC Card; no more than 6 points for minor offences.
• Immediate start for successful candidates!
