Job summary

Pertemps Swindon is seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers for long-term potential, temporary-to-permanent positions. Drivers will operate curtain sider vehicles, handle multiple deliveries across the Midlands and South, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Competitive hourly rates and weekend work are available.

Qualifications

• Current valid C+E Licence held for at least 1 year.
• Minimum of 1 year C+E driving experience.
• Full understanding of drivers' hours and road safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate C+E curtain sider vehicles.
• Perform between 3-5 drops daily across Midlands & South.
• Accurately record deliveries on a company PDA.

• Monday - Friday, AM and PM start times available
• With Weekend work available at an enhanced rate
• 16.50 per hour
• Weekly Pay

About the HGV Class 1 Drivers job

• Safely operate C+E curtain sider vehicles
• Performing between 3-5 drops daily across Midlands & South
• Accurately record deliveries on a company PDA

The right HGV Class 1 Drivers candidate

• You will have a current valid C+E Licence, held for atleast 1 year with no more than 5 points
• Minimum of 1 years C+E driving experience
• Full understanding of Drivers hours and road safety
• Good interpersonal skills ideally but is not essential
