Job summary

Advanced Supply Chain Group is hiring a Class 1 (C+E) driver for our Corby team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role involves early starts, Monday–Friday shifts, and a stable day schedule with weekly pay. Tramping is available with additional nightly pay, and overtime is paid.

You will operate out of Corby with strict adherence to drivers’ hours regulations and a safety‑first mindset. Previous tramping is an advantage, but drivers new to the role are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• For insurance purposes, no more than 6 penalty points, with no unspent endorsements (excluding speeding).
• Solid understanding of drivers’ hours regulations and the Working Time Directive.
• A professional, safety‑first mindset and pride in doing the job properly.
• Reliable, flexible, and self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Previous tramping experience is an advantage, but confident drivers new to tramping are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 (C+E) vehicle on full‑time basis, Monday to Friday.
• Start shifts early; starts between 05:00–07:00.
• Overtime paid; occasional tramping with extra pay for nights.
• Weekly pay each Friday and base location in Corby.

• £16.62 per hour - £42,302 a year
• Mon–Fri, day shifts available
• Tramping also available, paid extra per night
• Paid overtime available
• Starts between 05:00–07:00 depending on route
• Weekly pay, every Friday
• Based in Corby

What we need from you
