Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - Full Time

Location: East Midlands Airport

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 07:00am till 15:00pm

PLEASE NOTE:

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid Class 1 HGV license and an up-to-date CPC License.

The role is based within an airport, and you will be required to undergo security vetting processes, including a criminal record check, if successful.

No two days on our aviation contract are the same! You will play an integral role in ground handling operations, working to tight timeframes while delivering excellent results.

• Loading and unloading HGV vehicles
• Delivering goods to the airport terminal
• Ensuring compliance with all security procedures at East Midlands Airport
• Working in a safe and tidy manner

What do we need from you?

• Pride in your work
• Previous warehouse and/or airport experience is essential

Security process to work within aviation and travel at DHL:

• You need a minimum of 3 years UK address history
• Provide 5 years of reference history (employment, education, benefit claims, character references)
• Hold a Class 1 license, up-to-date CPC, and Digi Tacho
• Hold a full UK driving license
• Be able to obtain a full airside ID
