Role Responsibilities

• Collect hazardous and non-hazardous waste using a Class 1 curtain-sided/tail lift vehicle
• Provide cover for Class 1 vehicle and drag unit
• Perform heavy lifting, including drums (up to 25 kg) and moving pallets with a pump truck
• Coordinate with the transport depot to ensure excellent service
• Visit commercial premises to collect industrial waste

Candidate Requirements

The Candidate:

• HGV Class 1 Driver
• Relevant driving experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and mathematical skills for paperwork
• Flexible approach to work
• ADR Licence (training provided if needed)
• Experience in the waste sector
• Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English
