Stobart (Part of the Culina Group) is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team at the Morrisons RDC in Burton Latimer. This role emphasizes safe driving, excellent customer service, and strict compliance with transport regulations.

Shifts run Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday, with days 11:00–15:00 and nights 22:00–02:00. Hourly rates are £18.49/day and £18.49/night, with overtime £27.75 after 45 hours. Apply now.

Formación

• Valid C+E Licence and ideally minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 6 points and no DD/ DR convictions.
• Hold a current valid DCPC & Tachograph cards.
• Understand and comply with Driver’s hours and WTD legislation.
• Carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and report defects.

Job Description

We're recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team at the Morrisons RDC in Burton Latimer.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers who take pride in safe driving, delivering high standards of customer service, and maintaining excellent compliance standards.

Available Shift Patterns

• Wednesday to Sunday
• Thursday to Monday

Start Times

Days: 11:00 - 15:00 starts
Nights: 22:00 - 02:00 starts

Hourly Rates

• Days: £18.49 per hour
• Nights: £18.49 per hour

Overtime

• £27.75 per hour after 45 hours worked

Qualifications

• You should hold a valid C+E Licence and ideally have a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience (We will consider New Pass Drivers)
• No more than 6 points and no DD/ DR Code convictions.
• Hold a current valid DCPC & Tacho cards.
• Understand and able to comply with Driver’s hours and WTD legislation.
• Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly.
• Should comply with on-site health and safety requirements.
