Excellent opportunity for a Class 1 Driver based in Avonmouth, Bristol.

We are currently looking for a Class 1 / HGV 1 Driver to join the team in Avonmouth, Bristol, you will be driving a Class 1 vehicle completing 5 to 10 drops on pallets using the tail lift and pump truck. Starting at 7am a typical shift will be 10 hours, working Monday to Friday.

You will need to check the load is secure, complete vehicle checks and paperwork. The truck is loaded for you, however some handball will be involved to complete deliveries.

We have both ongoing or Ad-Hoc opportunities available for Class 1 / HGV 1 drivers, with the possibility of leading to a permanent role, working with a great team and a company who value their employees.

Hours and pay

• Working Monday to Friday starting at 7am and usually working 10 hours.
• 18.25 per hour paid weekly every Friday.
• 22.81 per hour for overtime.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence, with category C+E.
• Valid Tacho and CPC.
• Safety boots and high viz.
• An understanding of health and safety.
• The ability to complete heavy lifting when required.
