Job description

We are currently recruiting for Temporary HGV Class 1 drivers for our depot in Bridgwater. This position is based on an ongoing contract from June to September, with potential for a permanent role for the right candidates.

Role Details:

The role involves refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores, with up to 15 drops per day, using tail lifts and cages. Various shifts are available.

Shift Patterns Available:

1. 0130 - 0430 Friday - Monday
2. 0130 - 0430 Thursday - Monday
3. 1200 - 1600 Tuesday - Friday
4. 1200 - 1600 Tuesday - Friday
5. 1200 - 1600 Thursday - Sunday
6. 1200 - 1600 Friday - Monday

Day Pay Rates:

• Sunday and Bank Holidays: £23.80
• Sunday and Bank Holidays: £27.19

Note: 30-minute break is deducted per shift.

Requirements:

• In-date DIGI and CPC cards
• Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful, and organized
• Willing to work weekends
• Motivated and eager to learn new skills
• Excellent attitude towards work
