Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Class 1 Day Driver to play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly, delivering goods safely and on time across the south of England. The role involves collection and delivery, regular vehicle checks, and strict adherence to health, safety, and road regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence (C+E), Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card, with at least 6 months of recent Class 1 driving experience.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Must have 6 months recent Class 1 driving experience.
• Wagon and drag experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods safely and on time across the south of England.
• Carry out collection and delivery at home delivery sites.
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with regulations.
• Complete vehicle checks regularly.
• Assist with manual handling of customer products.
