Overview

HGV Class 1 Day Drivers Belfast! At EVRi we lead the way in delivery, and always on the lookout for new talent! We’re market leaders and we invest to keep on growing. We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for HGV Class 1 Day Drivers (or Cat C+E Drivers as we sometimes call them) to join our growing Belfast depot.

What You’ll Do

Our HGV Class 1 drivers usually drive our longer routes in waves, ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles from depots to our clients and other sites in the EVRi network. You’ll ensure parcels are collected and delivered safely, paperwork updated and assist depot staff with heavier items from time to time. You’ll need to keep us updated with any problems on the roads so we can help find an alternative route.

Shift & Hours

Day shifts typically start at 09:00am. Our HGV Class 1 drivers work on shifts. Full-time contracts are 40 hours per week with some weekends. Full time is any 5 shifts out of 7, rotas are given in advance. If this doesn’t suit, reach out to discuss hours that work for you!

What We Can Offer You

£17.62 per hour with an overtime rate of £26.43. Essential Skills & Experience

• You’ll need a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) entitlements, Driver\'s CPC and digital tachograph. Newly-qualified drivers are welcome; however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
