Job summary

Driver Hire Crewe is recruiting for HGV Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (C) drivers to join our team across Crewe and surrounding areas. We offer a variety of driving work with flexible patterns to fit your availability.

Contracts include day and night shifts, local and longer-distance work, and opportunities across multiple customers. Newly qualified drivers welcome as you build up experience with support from a friendly team.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence.
• Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Reliable and professional attitude

Looking for HGV driving work with a bit more variety?

Driver Hire Crewe is looking for additional Class 1 and Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our team.

We work with a large range of businesses across Crewe, Winsford, Middlewich, Northwich, Congleton and Nantwich, meaning we can offer a great variety of driving work and flexible working patterns.

Whether you're looking for full-time hours, a few days each week or occasional work around other commitments, we'd love to hear from you.

What kind of work is available?

No two weeks have to be the same! Our contracts cover a wide variety of HGV driving work, including:

• Class 1 and Class 2
• Days and nights
• Tipper & HIAB
• General haulage
• Multi-drop deliveries
• Trunking
• Shunting
• Store and depot deliveries
• Local and longer-distance work
• Short-term, ongoing and temp-to-perm opportunities

Flexibility is important

Due to the nature of agency driving, we're looking for drivers who are happy to work across a variety of our customers and contracts.

If you're looking to work for the same company, doing exactly the same run every week, this probably isn't the role for you.

However, if you enjoy variety, meeting different customers and having the flexibility to work around your own availability, you could be a great fit for our team.
