Wren Kitchens Limited in Manchester is seeking HGV Class 1 drivers to join our night-shift transport team. You will work in two-person crews, deliver goods safely, and maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.

The role offers earnings potential with a salary range (£44,304–£47,304), weekly pay, a quarterly bonus up to £750, CPC training, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, PPE and uniform, life assurance after 2 years, staff discounts, and healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• More than 1-year experience in HGV driving.
• Hold a valid C+E UK Driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Hold an up-to-date Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC Qualification.
• Comfortable with manual handling, as this is a physically demanding role.
• Good customer service skills and a professional attitude.

Responsabilités

• Constantly communicate with the transport office regarding daily activities.
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding delivery service and safety at the workplace.
• Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and faults reported to your transport office team.
• Always offer a pleasant and concise delivery experience at each delivery visit.
• Take full responsibility of operating company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.
• Ensure that Van Delivery Porters proactively makes customer phone calls with ETA’s, & keeps records of deliveries.
• Take extra care with products to ensure goods are delivered damage free.

About The Role

Location: Manchester, UK
Salary: £44,304-£47,304
Pay: £17.75 per hour (weekly payments)
Hours: Guaranteed 48 hours per week
Bonus: Quarterly bonus up to £750
We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 V60 Drivers to join our award-winning Transport team based in Manchester.

Working as part of a two-person crew, you will be required to undertake occasional manual handling and heavy lifting as part of the role.

This role will be working night shifts starting from (20:00)

Critical purpose of role:

• To work as part of a two-person delivery team to ensure all deliveries are of high standard
• To ensure fleet compliance and health and safety standards are adhered to and continuously improved
• To adhere to EU Drivers Hours and Working Time Regulations

About You

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

• More than 1-year experience in HGV driving
