Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in HGV driving required.
  • Valid C+E license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Up-to-date Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.

Critical purpose of role:
  • To ensure fleet compliance and health and safety standards are adhered to and continuously improved
  • To adhere to EU Drivers Hours and Working Time Regulations
Main responsibilities:
  • Constantly communicate with the transport office regarding daily activities.
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding delivery service and safety at the workplace.
  • Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and faults reported to your transport office team.
  • Take full responsibility of operating company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.
  • Please note that this role involves working nights.

About You
Relevant qualifications & experience:
  • More than 1-year experience in HGV driving
  • Hold a valid C+E license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Holds an up-to-date Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
