Job Title: HGV 1/2 HIAB Driver

Location: Bridgend

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Hourly Rate: £17.04

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable HGV 1 or 2 HIAB Driver to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of portable buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate HGV 1 or 2 vehicles equipped with HIAB cranes.
• Load and unload goods using the HIAB crane.
• Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 or 2 license with at least 1 year of HGV driving experience.
• HIAB certification.
• Valid Tachograph.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
• No more than 3 points on your license.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
