SECURE ONGOING POSITION

HGV 2 Drivers Required

Location: Barking (IG11)

Rates

• £16.00 Per Hour PAYE
• £19.00 Per Hour Umbrella

SHIFT: Monday to Friday Only!

Start Time: 07:00 AM Daily

Complex Recruitment has an excellent opportunity available for HGV Drivers based in Barking. The role involves delivering chilled and ambient foods and drinks to shops. This is a full-time position with 5 to 10 stops per shift and some handballing involved. A manual pump truck is provided.

Your Responsibilities as an HGV 2 Driver

• Safely complete runs and deliveries to stores and depots
• Adhere to UK Road Laws and Regulations, including Working Time Regulations
• Ensure merchandise is accounted for and delivered correctly
• Perform daily vehicle checks before deliveries
• Work in a team, with a Driver's Mate provided
• Manual pump-truck provided

Requirements for the HGV 2 Driver Role

• Hold HGV C Category or above with no more than 6 points
• Valid CPC Card and Digi Card
• Good understanding of English (written and verbal)
• Reliable and motivated to succeed
• Flexible availability
• Strong work ethic
• Willing to complete multi-drop deliveries and second runs
