HGV 2 Drivers Required

Location: Reading (RG6)
Pay rate: £18.20 per hour (PAYE) / £20.30 per hour (Umbrella BAR2)
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8-hour minimum paid (up to 13 - 14 hours expected)
Schedule: Full-time

Complex Recruitment has an excellent opportunity available for HGV 2 Drivers to work on Pallet Distribution for a well-established company based in Reading, completing pallet deliveries to companies and homes with general haulage. This opportunity is ideal for drivers looking for full-time, ongoing work in an exciting and dynamic industry.

Your Responsibilities as an HGV 2 Driver:

• Complete pallet deliveries with general haulage to companies and homes
• 2 Runs per shift - a long distance and a short one
• Manual Handling involved
• Checking and completing paperwork
• Performing vehicle checks before and after shifts
• Adhering to EU Working Time and Driving Regulations
• Ability to operate an electrical pump truck, tail lift and curtain side

About the HGV 2 Driver Within You:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience
• Must hold a valid CPC Card and Digi Card
• No more than 6 points on licence
• Be reliable and flexible with a can do attitude
• Previous experience in multi drop preferred
