Job summary

Enterprise Mobility's Flex‑Rent division in Newcastle is seeking a skilled HGV Technician/Mechanic to join our workshop team. You will diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of HGVs and specialist vehicles, ensuring safety standards, MOT readiness and quality.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Experience working with HGVs.
• Full Class 2 UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HGVs and specialist vehicles.
• Working with brands like Mercedes, Iveco, and Ford.
• Ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT.
• Predominantly workshop based with mobile capability, attending breakdowns as required.
• Collaborating with a skilled, friendly team.

Location

• Covering: Newcastle and surrounding areas
• £750 payable in first months’ pay and £750 payable after successful completion of 90-day probation review. Subject to tax and NI deductions, eligibility criteria will apply
