Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking a reliable HGV driver for immediate start in Coalville, Leicestershire. You will undertake multi-drop deliveries with a 5T Sprinter, loading/unloading by hand, and start at 06:00 from Monday to Friday. Opportunity to move from temporary to permanent employment.

Ideal candidates hold a C1 licence with Digi and CPC cards, clear licence (no more than 6 points), and strong customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

HGV Driving work - Immediate start Coalville!
We have an excellent opportunity to join our team as a delivery driver in Coalville, Leicestershire. Going out in the 5T Mercedes Sprinter, you will be completing multi-drop deliveries throughout Leicestershire. You will be delivering food and drink wholesale products throughout the working week with 6am starts. You will be loading and unloading the vehicle by hand so you must be physically fit with no restrictions to manual handling.
About you:
You will be a reliable, professional driver with good knowledge of the Leicestershire area. You must have strong customer facing skills and be happy working towards a permanent role within the company.

Duration: Interested? This is a full time position leading to a permanent contract.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: This position pays £14.10 per hour PAYE. You will accrue holiday up to 28 days per year, pro rata.

Working Hours: This is a Monday to Friday position starting from 06:00. Finish times will vary throughout the week.
