Job Opportunity: HGV 7.5t Driver

24-7 Recruitment Services is seeking qualified HGV 7.5t drivers for a client based in Kettering (NN14 1UB). This is an ongoing opportunity with flexible shifts.

Available Shifts:

1. Any 5 days on, 3 days off (rolling shift pattern)
2. 5 days on, 2 days off (fixed Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat)

Role Responsibilities:

This position involves home delivery of items up to 79kg as part of a 2-person crew. A typical day includes 35-45 deliveries to customer homes or premises over an 11-hour shift, usually finishing between 16:00 and 17:00.

Applicants should be in good health and capable of manual handling tasks.

Pay Rates:

Overtime rate after 48 hours per week: £21.35 per hour

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid category C license
• No more than 3 points (no DD, DR, TT, or IN endorsements)
• Valid Tacho and CPC cards
• Pass a 1-day unpaid assessment
• Attend a 2-day paid induction
