If you’re an experienced driver who enjoys working as part of a team and wants consistent work with a predictable schedule, this could be the ideal next step.

You’ll be responsible for driving a 7.5-tonne refuse vehicle along designated routes across Derbyshire, collecting household and commercial waste safely and efficiently.

Working alongside a team of loaders, you’ll help ensure collections are completed smoothly throughout the day. Your responsibilities will also include carrying out daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects, completing the required paperwork and following health and safety procedures.

This is a hands-on role, so you’ll need to be physically fit, comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions and willing to assist the team when required.
