Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for HGV Class 2 AM Multi-Drop Drivers based in Allington, Maidstone. Day shifts start between 04:00 and 07:00, with weekends included in the rota.

You will conduct store deliveries from Allington premises, operate a tail lift for perishable goods, and provide great customer service while handling fresh, frozen and chilled produce. Weekly pay and a weekly £60 multidrop delivery bonus are offered. Newly passed drivers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence and CPC required, tachograph/card for drivers.
• Ability to perform multi-drop deliveries and vehicle checks.
• Maintaining a professional customer-facing approach on shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct store deliveries from Allington premises.
• Operate tail lift for caged food product deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling fresh, frozen and chilled produce.
• Work as part of a rota with early start times and weekend shifts.

Job description

Staffline is currently recruiting for, HGV Class 2 AM Multi-Drop Drivers based in Allington, Maidstone

Day shifts 0400-0700hrs starts, weekends are included in Rota pattern

Weekly £60 Multidrop Delivery Bonus

Start times are between 04:00 - 07:00

Shifts range from 8-12 hours, with a guaranteed minimum of 8 hours paid.

Rota's available:

• 5 on 3 off

Your Time at Work

This role involves conducting store deliveries from our client's Allington premises, operating a tail lift for caged food product deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and engaging in physical work handling fresh, frozen, and chilled produce .

Our Perfect Worker

• Valid Category C driving license.
• Newly passed drivers are welcome to apply.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your license.
• Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification.

Please be advised during assessment:

Drivers will undergo a Drug & Alcohol test as per company policy.

Drivers must bring PPE - Safety boots - Hi Viz Vest and Gloves.
