Job Description

We are seeking HGV Class 2 Refuse Drivers to join our well-established Refuse team during upcoming busy periods.

Your responsibilities will include driving a Refuse Wagon to various stops while a team of Refuse Loaders collects domestic waste.

Pay and Hours:

1. Days are paid for a minimum of 8 hours. Early finishes will not affect your pay.
2. Any hours worked over 8 hours will be paid at time and a half.
3. Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour for the first 8 hours, increasing to £14.92 after your probation period.
4. Overtime rates are time and a half.

Working Hours: Starting at 06:00, with finishing times varying depending on work output, approximately 14:00. This role is Monday to Friday.

Experience & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A full UK Driving Licence
• A HGV Class C Entitlement
• A valid CPC Card
• A valid Digi Tacho Card
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
