Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate HGV HIAB vehicles.
• Operate the Hiab crane for loading and unloading.
• Complete delivery/collection paperwork accurately.

Job description

We are looking for experienced Category C (HGV2) drivers WITH HIAB to work at one of our prestigious customers based in the Watford and Hemel Hempstead area on a Temp to Perm contract.

Job duties will include driving Category C HIAB Vehicles in a safe and compliant manner whilst delivering various materials and supplies to customers.

We are looking for HGV 2 delivery drivers with the following attributes:

• Must have a valid UK HGV 2 (CAT C) Driver Licence with HIAB experience


• No more than 6 points.


• Qualified lorry loader operator (CSCS/ALLMI) is essential


• Good understanding and knowledge of current regulations with regards to EU driver hours, Working Time Directive and Driver's Tachograph restrictions.


• Must hold valid Driver CPC and Digital tachograph cards.


• Must be reliable.


• Willingness to work hard

WHATS INVOLVED:

• Safely drive and operate HGV HIAB vehicles


• Operate the Hiab crane for loading and unloading


• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations


• Complete delivery/collection paperwork accurately


• Provide excellent customer service to customers


• Report vehicle defects


• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations

Pay rate is £18.30 per hour PAYE through our payroll.
