Responsibilities

• Perform various deliveries including pump hire, store, and timber deliveries.
• Ensure timely deliveries to residential areas and construction sites.
• Possible ongoing or ad-hoc work, including part-time options.

Driver Hire Motherwell are currently looking for Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to work on various contracts throughout ML, G67 and G68 postcode areas.

Roles include but not limited to;
– Pump hire deliveries
– Store deliveries
– Window & doors deliveries to residential areas
– Timber deliveries
– Wholesale deliveries
– Deliveries to building and construction sites

We are also looking for drivers with additional skills which include; Tippers, IPAF & HIAB. Work available is a mix of ongoing & ad-hoc including options if only a couple of days a week suits. Newly qualified drivers are also welcome.

You must have;
– A Class 2 (Cat C) licence
– A valid CPC
– A digital tachograph card
– No more than 6 points on your licence*

Previous class 2 driving experience, preferably in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.

Rate of pay;
– Monday to Friday: £14.00 ph PAYE or £16.68 ph PAYE advanced
– 28 days paid holiday pro rata on PAYE
– 8hr minimum guaranteed per day
