Job description

Berry Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established national client for HGV 2 Drivers starting immediately.

Job Details

Our client operates a busy operation and is looking for an experienced Driver to join their team.

All Drivers are required to have:

1. Own maps and a digital tachograph
2. Excellent geographical knowledge
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Previous experience in a similar role

Start time is 6:00 am until finish.

Essential Requirements

• A full valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points (minor only)
• Held Cat C+E for 2 years or more
• Digital Tachograph (D/Tacho)
• Full CPC qualification

Drivers must understand and adhere to all EU driving regulations.

Excellent customer service skills are essential, as dealing with the general public on a day-to-day basis is required. Candidates will be expected to work a minimum of 8 hours per day.

Good written and verbal English skills are essential.

Drivers are required to have only minor points on their license, such as SP (Speeding), due to our client’s insurance policies.
