Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for skilled HGV Class 1 Drivers in South Elmsall. Role involves trunking to RDCs and depots with shifts starting between 17:00 and 02:00, five out of seven days including weekends. Reliable, with 1 year driving experience and a valid Digi card are required.

Pay is weekly, with various hour-based rates and overtime after 42 hours. Staffline offers full and part-time roles, site-based training, and uniform provided across the UK.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 driving experience required (at least 1 year).
• Digi card and DQC held and valid for driving roles.
• Licence must have no more than six points.

Responsibilities

• Trunking deliveries to RDCs and depots across the country.
• No handball; focus on trunking duties and timely deliveries.
• Adhere to schedule with regular weekend shifts and overtime options.

Job description

Staffline are currently recruiting for skilled and dedicated HGV Class 1 Drivers with a minimum of 1 year experience driving HGV Class 1's. We are currently seeking reliable and motivated professionals to join our team in South Elmsall WF9. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect role for you.

Any 5 out of 7 days as long as it includes a Saturday or Sunday. The start times between 18:00 and 01:00.

Start times available are 5:01pm to 9:30pm or 9:30pm to 2:00am.

Pay Rates (PAYE) Paid Weekly:

• Monday to Friday 0600-2200- £18.05
• Sunday to Thursday 2200-0600- £24.66
• Friday 2200-0600- £26.66
• Saturday 0600-2200- £21.05
• Saturday 2200-0600- £29.21
• Sunday 0600-2200-£23.05
• Bank Holiday-£36.10
• Overtime after 42h
• (30 min break deduction applies, Guaranteed 8 hours)

We are delighted to offer full and part time work on regular shifts any 5 out of 7 but with a preference to weekends. We are looking for drivers happy to start work between 17:00 and 02:00 trunking throughout the country.

Your Time at Work

As a Class 1 HGV Driver, the work will involve trunking to RDC's and Depots. No handball will be involved as work will be trunking deliveries only.

The site operates all year round and will provide each driver with a long-term ongoing assignment. In return for your commitment, we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you. Part time HGV drivers are also welcome to apply. Regular weekend work available.
