911 Staffing Ltd in Swindon urgently seeks HGV Drivers for fixed shifts across Wednesday to Saturday with temp-to-perm opportunities. Roles include trunking, retail, general haulage, tankers, pallets, shunting and container work, with day, night and weekend shifts available in Swindon and surrounding areas.

Duties include delivering chilled ambient and frozen foods in the South West, 2–3 drops daily, plus pre- and post-trip checks, cargo securing, and accurate logs while complying with traffic

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year proven experience driving HGV 1 vehicles.
• Full valid CE Licence, Digi Card & Drivers CPC Card.
• Maximum 6 points for minor offences (No DR's, DD's etc).
• Excellent organisational skills to manage schedules efficiently.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely under various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.

Responsabilités

• Delivering chilled ambient and frozen foods across the South West.
• Store deliveries with 2/3 drops per day.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Secure cargo properly using appropriate methods and equipment.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations during operations.
