Job summary

CDI - Russell Taylor is seeking a professional HGV Class 1 Driver for store delivery work based out of Warrington. You will transport goods to distribution centres across the UK, with occasional self-tipping. Training and equipment are provided.

• UK Class 1 licence is required.
• CPC and Tacho card are mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, IN or DD convictions).

Responsibilities

• Delivering stock to stores across the UK.
• Some self-tip work (training and equipment provided).
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and keep vehicle clean.
• Follow all health & safety and driving regulations.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records.

Hours: Approx. 10-12 hour shifts. Job Type: Full-Time / Ongoing. Start Date: Immediate.

Pay rates

• £19.05ph Monday to Friday
• £20.17ph Saturday
• £21.23ph Sunday

Holidays can also be accrued separately.

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid CPC & Tacho card
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience preferred
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, IN or DD convictions)Good timekeeping and professional attitude
