Job Description

HGV 2 Delivery Drivers Needed

Driver Provider UK are looking for HGV 2 / Class 2 drivers for ongoing work delivering multi-temperature goods on roll cages to various shops and petrol forecourts.

Job Role:

• Deliver to the South East of the country (Colchester to Brighton)
• Delivering high value items such as cigarettes & alcohol
• Roll cages can weigh up to 400kgs
• Average around 6 drops per trip
• Average 10 hour days but will be 40 hours over 4 days (Mon, Tue, Weds & Sat)
• Start times between 07:00 - 11:00
• Must be available through the Christmas period. Closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year's

Pay Rates: (PAYE / UMBRELLA)

• Basic Pay: £18.22
• OT Rate: £23.56

Candidates will need to be assessed, which takes around two hours (unpaid). Once the driver has passed assessment, there is a structured training programme that will take around 7-10 days.
