Job summary

John Wesley’s New Room is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our two sites. You will join a small team, coordinating activities with staff and volunteers and ensuring smooth running of exhibitions, events, cafe, and visitor services.

This permanent role is 40 hours per week, with some weekend and evening work. You will report to the Director and help develop our evolving five-year plan by improving processes, supporting teams, and upholding our
