Job summary

MorePeople is seeking an Architect or Building Surveyor to join our Architecture & Building Surveying team at Associate or Associate Director level. You'll work on conservation, rural estate and heritage projects, from historic building preservation to estate improvements.

Based in Winchester, Guildford, or Petworth, you'll lead surveys, design and specifications, and manage client relationships while steering contracts and procurement.

Qualifications

• MRICS, CIOB, RIBA, MCABE, CIAT or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015, BSA, building regs, H&S and contractor appointments.

Responsibilities

• Building surveys, design and technical specs.
• CDM duties, party wall, dilapidations, planned maintenance.
• Contract admin and project monitoring.
• Tenders, contracts and procurement.
• Letters of Engagement, work specs, statutory consents, contractor appointments.
