My client is looking for an Associate Building Surveyor who doesn’t just manage projects, but leads transformations; from historic Grade II listed buildings to sleek commercial offices and high-end residences in Mayfair.

The work:

• You'll be at the helm of refurbishments, heritage buildings, retail, education, galleries, hotels, and more.
• Guiding schemes from pre construction phases, right through to completion.
• Whether it’s a £1.5m office fit‑out or a Central London £100m luxury residential redevelopment, you’ll be the driving force behind every detail.
