A local government authority in Tamworth seeks a Heritage & Leisure Facilities Officer to manage repairs and maintenance of public and heritage buildings. The ideal candidate will hold an HNC in a construction discipline and have experience in facilities management. This role offers a competitive salary of £34,434 - £39,152 per annum with hybrid working options and various benefits including flexible working and health schemes.

Heritage & Leisure Facilities Officer
£34,434 - £39,152 per annum, plus essential car user allowance. Hybrid working contract. 37 hours per week. Permanent.
To assist in maintaining the Council’s heritage, leisure and corporate assets with a focus on public and heritage buildings.
Appointment subject to satisfactory references, right to work in the UK check, medical clearance and DBS check.
