Thomas Franks is hiring a Barista to join our Hereford contract. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 35-hour week and a salary of 13.54 per hour.

The role involves preparing high-quality coffee for staff and visitors within a Monday to Sunday operation at a specialist residential college. We offer free parking, discounted gym membership for on-site facilities, and a range of additional employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Barista duties and capabilities in coffee preparation and service.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver friendly customer service.
• Clear spoken and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality barista coffee for staff and visitors.
• Adhere to food hygiene and safety policies and allergen controls.
• Stock and rotate retail items; set up location in mornings.
• Handle payments and cash where required; perform daily stock takes.
