Job summary

Velcourt is seeking a motivated Herdsperson to join a well-managed 200-cow autumn block-calving dairy farm in North Dorset. You will work alongside a friendly team and assist with daily milking, grazing, and pasture management.

Experienced or aspiring dairy staff are invited to apply. Full training and support are provided, with accommodation available for the right candidate and a supportive environment to grow your knowledge and career in dairy farming.

Qualifications

• Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Enjoys working with livestock and takes pride in high standards of animal care.

• Dairy farming experience (preferred but not essential).
