Job description

Henley Rowing Club – Master’s Squad Session Coach

Do you have a passion for masters coaching? We are seeking a session coach to coach our masters squad, of around 80 members, on weekend mornings.

Henley Rowing Club is a vibrant, thriving, forward-looking club with a large and diverse membership. We have a thriving community of over 350 active members of all ages.

Our Masters Women’s and Men’s squads have grown in size and quality over recent years, thanks in large part to our ambitious adult learn-to-row programme. As well as rowing recreationally, our Masters’ crews are keen to compete and represent the club successfully at many events. We had wins at both Henley Masters and British Masters Championships in 2023 and 2024.

We need a session coach on weekend mornings, typically 7:30 – 11:30 each day, to deliver structured and engaging coaching sessions to crews in 2x and 4x.

If you would like to find out more about becoming part of the future development of our master’s squad please contact chairman@henleyrowing.club.

Salary: Dependent on experience

Type: 4 hours on each weekend morning.

Application Dates: From Thursday 20th February 2025 to Monday 31st March 2025
