Baywater Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Helpline Advisor (Part time Nights) based in Crewe. We are looking for a friendly, communicative individual who enjoys helping their community to join our supportive team!

About the Role:

You will be a key part of Baywater's customer service team, speaking with healthcare professionals and patients daily to ensure they receive necessary healthcare equipment and services. You will work onsite in our refurbished offices within a friendly, inclusive environment. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as each day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Providing empathetic, professional support to patients, families, and clinical leads.
  • Managing workload, organizing tasks, and achieving KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Escalating queries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Problem solving and decision making in a busy environment.
  • Completing training and identifying training needs.

About You:

  • Empathetic, calm, and confident communicator.
  • Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Quick thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not essential.
