Our client is a large facilities management company currently working on a high-profile contract. They are looking to appoint a helpdesk scheduler to join their team.

Day to day duties for the Helpdesk scheduler will include:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Action emails that have been sent out of hours
  • Check allocations for engineers – day and night works, ensuring all supplies are in order
  • Logging requests
  • Cross check all assignments, to ensure all rejections are covered
  • Respond to all suppliers/client/contractors emails and file accordingly
  • Chase up outstanding reports from engineers, clients and
  • Working on Plannon scheduling workbench
  • Working towards SLAs
  • Prioritizing urgent jobs
  • Running of status reports
  • Chasing up of parts from suppliers
  • Preparing and distributing reports.
  • Provide service to internal and external clients.
  • Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
  • Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
  • Manage the completion process once works are carried out
  • Ensure compliance and procedures are followed as directed
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
