A leading company in the facilities management sector is looking for a help-desk administrator to support their Site Management Teams in Kingston upon Hull. The role involves providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support, ensuring compliance with service standards, and operating the help-desk system. Ideal candidates will possess good communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday Office based, 08.00 - 16.30

We work across sectors including commercial, residential, education and healthcare, assuring our customers of high-quality, best value and a sustainable approach.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive and high-quality help-deskservice, clerical and administrative service to the Site Management Teams throughout the Hull BSF Contract, including support in maintaining contractual compliance and mitigation of service failures.
