Job summary

A busy helpdesk department is seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator in Kidderminster. Responsibilities include answering helpdesk calls, scheduling engineer works, maintaining the in-house system, and following escalation processes to meet service level agreements (SLAs).   • Answer helpdesk calls within a maximum of 3 rings.
  • Raise jobs received via email, phone call, or client system.
  • Schedule works for engineers within your area.
  • Ensure in-house system is up to date.
  • Chase subcontractors for ETAs and updates.
  • Raise purchase orders upon request.
  • Work with Managers & Clients.
  • Follow escalation processes to meet SLAs.

HELPDESK COORDINATOR

We have new exciting roles available within our busy helpdesk department based in Kidderminster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer helpdesk calls within a maximum of 3 rings
  • Raise jobs received via email, phone call, or client system
  • Schedule works for engineers within your area
  • Ensure Tabs, our in-house system, is up to date at all times with the latest information
  • Chase subcontractors for ETAs and updates
  • Raise purchase orders upon request
  • Work with Managers & Clients within your area
  • Follow escalation processes to ensure jobs are completed within SLA
  • Salary to be confirmed at interview

This position will be discussed in greater detail at the interview stage.

The working hours are:

  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 5:00 pm
